REFUNDS

Can I have a refund?

Due to the limited nature of each product, all sales are final and returns are not accepted unless meeting the following criteria:

  • Product is defective
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Refund to be issues via original tender method
  • Within 14 calendar days from delivery

If the product does not meet the above listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Pre-Order, Sale or Clearance items cannot be refunded.

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind.

 

EXCHANGES

My order does not fit me, can I exchange it?

Full Price Items:

If you receive your order and find the product does not fit correctly, you can exchange the product for a different size (pending stock availability) within 14 calendar days from delivery.

  • Product cannot be damaged
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Product must be in like-new* condition

*Like-New Condition:

    • Garment must not be washed - this voids product qualifying as new
    • No stains or damages
    • Product must contain all tags and original packaging
    • Product cannot be stretched or shrunk in any way
    • Product must be in re-sellable condition

Pre-Order Items:

Should your Pre-Ordered product not fit correctly, you can exchange the product for a different size (pending stock availability) within 14 calendar days from delivery.

Sale and Clearance Items:

Purchase of Sale Items are final and no returns or refunds will be issued. 

 

SHIPPING RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

How do I initiate a Return or Exchange?

There are two ways to begin the return or exchange process:

  1. Reply to your Order Confirmation email
  2. Contact us via email: neondarling.jp@gmail.com

What information do I include?

Please include the following:

  • Full Name
  • Order #
  • Item/s
  • Photos if relevant (i.e. defective)

What is the Process?

If your exchange is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The usual process is as following:

  1. Initiate Return/Exchange Request
  2. Receive Email with instructions and Payment Details for Return Shipping
  3. Package item/s and Lodge with Australia Post
  4. Items are assessed
  5. Refund Initiated OR New Product Packaged and Shipped
You must ensure that goods are properly packaged so they are not damaged while in transit.
Should an item arrive damaged, we reserve the right not to exchange or refund the product.
