WHAT DOES LIMITED EDITION MEAN?

Every piece ever made is part of a limited collection.
This means each item has a set amount (found in the product's description) and once this quantity has been met, it will no longer continue to be made.

WHAT DOES PRE-ORDER MEAN?

Collections are first available via a pre-order option to begin with. This enables exact allocation of sizes & amounts to ensure no one misses out on their purchase. There is always the possibility of extra stock being made available at the next launch, but this means set size options to select from rather than a custom ordered size.

Please ensure you measure yourself and refer to the sizing chart before placing your order.

CAN I COMBINE PRE-ORDER & AVAILABLE ITEMS INTO ONE ORDER?

You are certainly more than welcome to do one order including pre-order items, but please keep in mind that your whole order will not ship until the pre-order items arrive.
To avoid waiting on pre-order items, pay for 2 separate orders.

WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME?

This is entirely dependent on our manufacturers but allow minimum 3-4 weeks. You will be updated with a tracking number once your item/s have shipped. Each shipment is personally packaged and time is allocated to do so.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Once your order has been packed & processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Use this number to track the latest updates to your shipment via the Australia Post Website.
Please remember that any delays or incorrect delivery details are NOT my fault.

Accidents do happen, so please do contact me if there are any issues & I will happily fix them before the parcel gets shipped.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

You MUST contact me within 10 days of receiving your parcel & all clothing be in original, unworn condition. As each item is part of a limited collection, it is completely case-by-case. You will need to pay return shipping in the instance you are doing an exchange.
Please note:
Small items like Key Chains & Stickers are NOT able to be exchanged.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

All items are final sale and returns are not accepted. Each piece in every collection is limited and in the instance of pre-ordered clothing, is custom ordered to your choice of size. Please make sure you triple check your item/s before placing the order.
