PRE-ORDERS: How it Works

Pre-orders allow us to secure your size and create limited pieces intentionally.
Here’s exactly what to expect when you place a Neon Darling pre-order.

Stage 1

PRE-ORDERS

Orders can be placed for a set amount of time only. Pre-orders are typically available for 2-4 weeks.

Stage 2

PRODUCTION BEGINS

Production with our manufacturers takes 1.5-2 months. This is the longest stage in the process.

Stage 3

QUALITY CHECK + SERIALISATION

Finished pieces are shipped to us so we can begin counting, checking, and hand-serialising in-house.

Stage 4

FULFILMENT + SHIPPING

Orders are packed in the order they were placed.
Once shipped, you’ll receive your final email with tracking details.

IMPORTANT INFO

In-stock and pre-order items will NOT be shipped separately if placed in the same order.
To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
